Encountering issues while using SCOUT, such as a feature not working properly or a layout appearing unusual, can be frustrating. However, we have noticed that resolving these problems is often straightforward with the right steps:
- Check if your browser satisfies the system requirements.
- Update your browser.
- Check if the problem persists if you disable your browser plugins.
- Check if the problem persists if you use a different computer, e.g. ask a colleague.
- Check if the problem persists if you dial in from another network, e.g. from home.
Do not use a VPN connection.
