Groups and Users
SCOUT is designed to facilitate collaboration through groups, allowing team members to work together efficiently while maintaining individual accounts. Group membership is ideal for collaborating on projects, as it allows users to work together while maintaining personal account control.
Some key notes:
- Team members can be part of the same group in SCOUT, each with their own individual account.
- Projects can be owned by a group or by a user. When a project is group-owned, all group members can access and work on it, ensuring smooth collaboration. However, only Admins can delete or move group-owned projects. Learn more about project ownership.
You can check your group memberships and identify the group Admins through your Account Settings.
