How to report an issue

You can report an issue by clicking the Send a Message button, accessible through the question mark icon in the menu. This will notify the Support team directly so that they can look into it. Besides, you can also use this functionality to suggest improvements or new features.

Please, when reporting an issue include the following information: 

  • Description of the problem.
  • Screenshot.
  • URL

If you cannot use the Support functionality within SCOUT, please, send an email to team@mapegy.com including the following information:

We may also ask you for the following details:

  • Screenshot of errors in the JavaScript console (How to).
  • Share your link from here so that our Support Team knows under which circumstances the problem occurs.
