Simplify content sharing: Copy Alerts items and share externally

We’re excited to introduce a new copy-to-clipboard feature in the Alerts overview. This improvement makes it easier than ever to transfer your curated insights.

Besides bookmarking alerts to your projects, now you can quickly and easily move content from SCOUT to wherever it’s needed. Whether you’re crafting internal email newsletters, building presentations, or collaborating with your team, it gives you the flexibility to share curated content in a way that fits your workflow.

Here are just a few ways this feature can help:

• Email newsletters: Curate and share targeted updates for different teams.
• Reports and presentations: Incorporate selected alerts into your documents.
• Team collaboration: Share valuable insights directly into tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or other platforms.

How to use it

1. Go to the Alerts overview.
2. Select the items you want to share.
3. Click on copy: Use dialog at the bottom to copy the selected items to your clipboard.
4. Paste anywhere: Insert the content into your email, report, or collaboration tool of choice.
