Cleaner Portfolio navigation

We have simplified the Portfolio table by introducing two dedicated dropdowns: one for selecting users or groups, and another for selecting folders.

The folder dropdown now adapts based on the selected user or group, making it easier to find and manage the right folders without cluttering the portfolio table.

• All existing folder functionalities remain available. You can  adjust folder settings, search folders, and pin folders directly inside the dropdown.
• You can also create a new folder either from the right side of the screen or by clicking the “+” button inside the folder dropdown.

This update keeps the same functionality while making the portfolio view cleaner, more structured, and easier to use.
